Enrollment & Admissions FAQs

How do I start the application process for my child?

All applications are submitted through our secure online portal. We suggest that families first schedule a campus tour and attend an orientation session to better understand our specialized K-12 environment and how we support unique student needs.

What is the typical enrollment and decision timeline?

Blooming Academies accepts applications year-round. While our main intake periods are for the Fall and Spring semesters, we offer rolling admissions if a space becomes available mid-term. Most families receive an enrollment decision within 14 business days after document submission.

Are there tuition fees or financial funding options available?

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and our goal is accessibility. We utilize a sliding scale for fees and provide comprehensive support to help families secure Step Up For Students or AAA Scholarships. Our internal financial aid office is available to discuss specific funding strategies with you.

What transportation options are available for students?

We provide regional bus services for students within a 15-mile radius of our Tampa location. Routes are optimized twice a year based on our current student demographics to ensure safe and efficient transit for every family.

How do clinical therapies and educational services integrate?

Our interdisciplinary model bridges the gap between the clinic and the classroom. IEP goals and therapeutic strategies are embedded directly into daily lesson plans, allowing students to practice social and functional skills in a natural academic setting.
